Fernanda Carapinha is a visionary architect with an exceptional ability to recognize what's missing and uncover its true potential. She has proven her talent in a variety of roles and industries, including as a serial media/tech entrepreneur, author, writer/producer, public speaker, elite business mindset coach, and senior Hollywood studio development executive. During her tenure in Hollywood, she developed successful series for prominent A-list talent such as Jim Belushi, Tea Leoni, Elizabeth Perkins, Brian Benben, Steve Harvey, and many others.
Currently, as the founder of WE Global Studios, Fernanda has taken on the mission to build an AI-powered innovation hub for global women entrepreneurs. Her goal is to re-architect the business innovation process and create a future startup ecosystem for women. WE Global provides valuable resources for startup building and scaling, and its focus is to help female-led businesses drive early-stage revenue and increase their valuation through non-dilutive capital sources.
Despite Fernanda's vast and impressive experience, she has found that the thread that leads to her greatest fulfillment is in heart-centered work that allows her to help individuals reach their full potential and create meaningful impact. In her early days, whether working as a therapist-in-training in LA's inner-city high schools, leading a charity that supported NICU parents and their premature infants at Cedars-Sinai Hospital, or now guiding and advocating for female founders, Fernanda believes following your passions is what produces true happiness, and meaningful success.
Fernanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania's Annenberg School and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Carapinha's diverse background and expertise have positioned her as a leader in the intersection of media, technology, and entrepreneurship.
Originally from Portugal, Fernanda currently resides in Los Angeles with her two daughters and dogs.
